Hinge Health is a digital clinic available to all Plan participants to help improve musculoskeletal care to improve well-being and reduce elective surgeries and chronic pain. Hinge Health can help with any of the following:

  • Neck & Upper Back: reducing stress in neck and upper back to improve posture and range of motion.
  • Shoulders: Relieve pain & stiffness in your shoulders to easily left your arms and reach behind you.
  • Elbows, Forearms, Wrists & Hands: Improving joint stability in your elbows and relieve tension to keep your wrists and hands flexible.
  • Lower Back & Hips: Strengthening muscles from your lower back to your hips to sit, stand and move with greater stability.
  • Pelvic Region: Reducing pelvic pain, improving bladder control, increasing pelvic and core muscle strength and control.
  • Thighs and Knees: Building strength in thighs and knees to improve flexibility and increase mobility.
  • Shins and Calves: Strengthening and restoring calf muscles to help treat and prevent shin splints and reduce pain.
